The compliance and money laundering reporting function and the Chief Executive Officer report to the Board of Directors. The Chief Financial Officer, Head of Asset Management, and Office Manager and Executive Assistant report to the Chief Executive Officer. The Investment Officer reports to the Head of Asset Management.
